Foshan Lingnan Pearl (Mingzhu) Stadium is one of the main projects conducted by Foshan Government in preparation for the 12th Provincial Games in 2006 and is also one of the landmark buildings in Foshan.
It occupies an area of 22.3 ha., comprising of a comprehensive gymnasium that can seat 6,000 spectators, supporting training centers, a plaza for people to do physical exercises and other ancillary facilities.
