The reception area is minimalist and comprises a comfortable lounge for treatment consultations and retail recommendations, allowing a perfect customized offer. A Discovery Bar with complete retail area designed for guest to feel textures and scents of the products. A Socializing Patio has been integrated to encourage conviviality and exchange between guests and spa consultants while enjoying refreshments and healthy dietetic snacks.
The treatment area comprises 7 So Well massage and beauty rooms completed by So Hammam the unique facility in China, where guests could enjoy a humid area including an Icy room with ice flakes' fountain for invigorating the body. A unique Floatation Pool for guests to enjoy a deep relaxing floating experience in a 370C salted heated pool and a So Sensorial Shower offering 4 animated programs combining Simultaneously Chromatherapy, Aromatherapy and Musicotherapy.
Deep Relaxation Room animated by the Wave Dream device, a unique ceiling animation technology imported from Switzerland consisting of a water wave projection for a truly surprising and relaxing moment. For guests to extend their relaxation after their treatment consists of individual reclining beds incorporating music device. Guests could unwind with a selection of fine teas after having chosen their preferred duvet or quilt, pillow and music.
Champagne Nail Bar comprises 3 manicure and 3 pedicure foot spa where guests can enjoy OPI treatments while enjoying a glass of the finest Champagnes.
