Caravela is a Portuguese café & restaurant located on a quiet pedestrian street near the Lisboa. You can seat outside on the terrace or inside in the simple but authentic dining room. Caravela is open from 8am till 9:30 pm and offers a different special set every lunch time (starting from 55 Mop).
You may go to Caravela just for a beer or a coffee ( excellent by the way) and some Portuguese cakes.
You can also have a great lunch or dinner there, in which case I highly recommand the Befe a Caravela ( Caravela Beef),the Francesinha ( a toast with ham, Portuguese sausage and chesse) and the grilled chicken!
