Who could use the diplomatic pass?

Hi, I always travel through Gongbei borders to Macau and back. The queue at the Gongbei borders is supper long every time. However there is a special row for the Diplomatic pass. May I ask does someone how and where to get this diplomatic pass the 'easy way' and how much it would cost?

According to the regualations, only 2 kinds of the people can use that pass. They are the person who has the diplomatic authorization from their own country and the person who has a APEC pass Card. And these two things are not for sale and not allowed to sell. Any further information please feel free to contact me.

yes you can anyone can get one

if you go upstairs before you enter no mans land you can get a pass, anyone can get it but its expensive, 800 to 1000 rmb a month i believe. don't ask them at the middle counter just go upstairs and they will give you one if u want to pay ......
