What kind of appliances can I bring???? Sewing Machines...

Hi, I am in the process of preparing what to bring with me in our move to Zhuhai, and I am wondering what kind of small appliances will work with transformers or adapters.
We are coming from North america. So all works with 110.
I am a quilter/artist , and would really like to bring my sewing machines with me.
Any insight on this????

Thanks for answering JJ. I will come equiped with the approriate adapters. My machines are quite high-tech. Hey by the way, my native tongue is French too. I come from Quebec, Canada...

You can buy adapters ( careful not just plug adapters, but needs to change the voltage from 110 to 220).
Would you be able to buy a sewing machine here? Hum... not my cup of tea, hehe, so I am not sure. Let's see if someone else knows about this :)
