How to rent an apartment to foreigners?

I have been browsing Delta Bridges' property news for a while. I found the apartment is quite nice except for the furniture. In fact, the furniture is outdated and is not in a pleasant mood. I am afraid that could not be satisfied by foreigners. Will it be better if it is an empty apartment or an apartment with limited furniture?

One more: you have to show the picture of your apartment building to foreigner. This is very important. The building's apparence reflect your apartment's value.
It would be better if you also shown them other building's facilities, such as swimming pool, tennis course, restaurants, cafe or pub etc.
Please also don't forget tell them if your apartment is located in downtown or how far from the downtown.

Agree! Many landlords just provide a lot of furniture with the aim of putting the price high. Why? it is easier to measure quantity than quality.
