We are currently living in Guangzhou but are planning to move to Zhongshan in the near future. Exploring housing options now. We've got a couple of options for housing now, but would be nice to look at other options before we sign a lease.

Thanks,

I have lived many years in Zhongshan, but I have never seen an english speaking real estate agent.

If you don't find an agent, hopefully you can get a translator at least. Have them go to the sales office at Kaiyin with you. If you do proceed with a purchase, make sure to have a translator that you can trust. There are ridiculous amounts of papers to sign and also significant amounts of money being transferred for deposits, etc.

ps. the sales office only sells new units. There is a re-sale list at the Kaiyin property management office.

Hello~ I also plan to buy a house for marriage within this year. We have visited some apartments in downtown already. Maybe I can give you some help. The most important thing is to visit as many apartments in different areas as you can before your final decision.

If you are foreigner you need to find out the latest regulation before you put in your deposit.
Most big cities require one year of employment and tax receipt.
Foreigner can only buy one property in China.
