My ayi is coming back to work tomorrow after a month away. I went home for Christmas and gave her salary for the month I was away, she has only worked three of the past 6 weeks and I an mot sure if I am expected to pay her 6 weeks salary or just the 3 she has worked?

What is the norm in Zhuhai?

Thanks Sunny, it gets confusing as it is different in each city we live in! We paid her 4 weeks in the end, she's great at her job and deserved it!
