Heated swiimming pool

I would like to rent an apartment that has a heated swimming pool, so far I know 华发新城 and 格力have that facilities. Can someone advice me more on this subject. The realty agents in ZH are not that professional, they are not able to answer questions about the apartments they represent. If someone know any reliable agent, pls let me know. I can speak chinese.

Hi Nivek,
A good alternative to Huafa is the indoor heated pool of Gou Hui Hotel (Jida). The one that looks like the Capitol!
There is a 25m pool in the basement. You access by the lift located on the left of the front desk.
You can buy a 10 entries card for about RMB320 or pay each you go. Then, the entry as far as I remember is RMB35.

Cannot find Gou Hui Hotel. The google result is GUO Hui Hotel but not in Zhuhai. Can you give me more info on this. Sorry for the inconvenience, as I am new to Zhuhai. I do read chinese though.

There is also the Zobon Art Hotel (珠海中邦艺术酒店 - Zhūhǎi zhōng bāng yìshù jiǔdiàn) or to a taxi driver simply say Ji Da Zhong Ban Jiu Dian.
This is located in Jida, about 100m along lover road from the Harbour View Hotel (in the direction away from the beach). Fitness centre is on the 3rd/4th Floor.
I am currently a member of the fitness centre gym & heated swimming pool there. It's a bit pricy (5,000 per/year), but it is very quiet so worth it.
Word of warning - the "indoor" heated swimming pool, is not 100% indoor, they have deliberately (I think/guess/hope) missed out glass panels on the ceiling, when it rains half of the swimming pool get's rained on.

12000RMB PER YEAR, AND ONLY FOR HUAFA RESIDENTS? DAMN! I'll just fill up my bathtub here in Horizon Cove with warm water and get the same result
