Jiuzhou Container Port

A few years ago I heard a rumor that the container port next to Jiuzhou Gang was going to be relocated. Any truth to this rumor? The container trucks roaring past my home 24/7 seemed to be increasing in volume and will continue to grow as the economy recovers.
