Property Manager recommendations please
Hello,
I have an apartment in Yanlord, near the sports stadium in Xin Xiang Zhou, which I'm looking to rent out long term. I'm looking for an honest and reliable property manager since I live out of town. I'd be grateful for any recommendations. Thanks.

Every agent will say they are honest and reliable so you can stop asking for it. Maybe go to bigger real estate agent company like huafa or century 21. Zhuhai rental market is not as strong as shanghai or bejing because demand is relatively low but there are a lot of good renter foreign and domestics.
I will not disclose that you live out of town but travel from time to time. This way agent will not take advantage of situation. Perhaps you can over 20% below market exchange for full year of rent up front.
