The race track is in 唐家. Take 69 bus toward Jusco side if you are from goubei. As for F1 track, I don't know about F1 but they do held international races.

yes the link posted by webmaster is for track torque, a great outfit owned/run by a brit expat, Nick. they offer touring cars and motorcycle training at good rates. I instruct for Champ Motorsport, our specialty is formula cars, mainly formula renault instruction and racing [similar car to F3]. the Zhuhai International Circuit is 5 minutes from TangJia, about 15 from Xiang Zhou/Jusco, and from Gongbei its a 60rmb/30min taxi ride. anyways there are a bunch of teams here, and many run by foreigners. there is also a small karting track at the circuit that rents beginner karts and yamaha kt100s which are decently fast but the track is pretty tight. a larger kart track is over on qi al island just a couple of minutes from the american school http://www.zhkarting.com/Index.html and http://deltabridges.com/directory/zhuhai-reviews/golden-apple-karting-cl... . decent size track and Rotax are available [125cc karts, pretty fast]. also i figure you will likely ask what car instruction/rentals cost at ZIC, its in the 1500-2000rmb range per session [30min], bikes are half that. cheers :) Pete

BTW sorry, yes the track opened in 1997 and originally there was supposed to be F1 here but that plan fell through for whatever reason, until the Shanghai F1 track opened in 2004 and started holding China F1. the circuit here is 4.4kms long and holds just about everything short of F1, for instance this weekend is the big LeMans 1000kms of Zhuhai [tickets 150rmb for the weekend available at the entrance]. cheers, Pete

I was at the LeMans race and I am looking forward to get back to some racing again, the track looks really fun!

The above ad (Ginetta) looks good. However if there is any left-hand-steering cars it would be the best.

Maybe best is to ask them directly :) They may have!

Hi Cain, We do have the left-hand-steering car but its an Atom not Ginetta, which is also available for rent.
Let me know if you are interested in it:)

Thanks for the answer. May you leave me your cell phone to my PM? I am interested in that. I think car is not the most important in my stage (learn to race drive) but switching from right to left hand to shift may take me some time. ;-)

Thanks. I will call you when I get back to ZH. Should I buy a racing helmet now and bring back? I think it should be more choice if I buy outside of China.
