Hi Folks,
I'm trying to renew my visa and I am from the Philippines. It's really hard to do in Guangdong for some reason. Can anyone please help or give me any suggestions to try?

Renewing in GD, I'm not sure about that, but have you contacted visa agencies in HK?

Perhaps you miss this little news that China and Philippines are in a territorial distribute. This is form is bless not to have this blind nationalist discussion but I added to this topic because this is directly related why you can not get a visa in China.

@nevermore: distribute sounds nice, I am afraid you mean dispute.
Yeah, seems like the island disputes cause havoc among other things. Guangdong has plenty of agents and I even have one that may be possible, but all the HK agents are saying no right now. I have gotten at least 4 visas in Guangdong, but also in Shanghai, Qingdao, and Fujian.
Guess I will just have to check harder. Just looking for a reliable agent.
