I am in BeiJing right now on a China Unicom mobile connection and can access it without restrictions.

I am in Shanghai at the moment. No problems accessing it from here.

In Zhuhai it is blocked, for me at least. but this sometimes happens when I clean up my registry, and takes a few tries . Immediate access via my private network.

Not blocked today, in Zhuhai (without private network).
When a website I normally can access, all of a sudden gets blocked I run CCcleaner. That wipes clean the temp files & other small files that build up. Then turn of the modem for 10 seconds, restart and Viola, it'll usually allow me access. Some sites are more stubborn that others, refreshing several times can do the trick too
