- Responsible for the recruitment of staffs and Worker
- Collect applications from requesting department, and follow up the personnel application procedure
- Prepare, post, update vacancies on intranet and internet, make sure all recruitment channel smoothly and efficient
- Shortlist candidates according to requirement, Arrange interview schedule in aligned with the policy and procedure
- Conduct the interviews from HR side
- Responsible for new staff’s reference check and DEMEX
- Conduct the new-comer procedure including of new staff introduction
- Handle the entry and exit process(Exit-interview) for the staffs
- Delievery and Maintain accurate Monthly Report, Headcount and FCII and SAP Master Data
