-To identify and covert target customers leveraging on different channels -To establish, maintain and develop strong relationship with target customers and deliver high quality service -To actively explore clients' banking needs and proactively sell a full range of bank products including Trade, Cash, FX, and Loans. -To strictly abide by the requirements of compliance and internal control on sales activities -To build up business relationship with potential local Chinese SME customers in GD area (especially Pearl River Delta Area)
-Bachelor degree or above -Minimum 5 years of banking marketing or sales experience with sound track record -Solid relationship building and management skills and strong credit analytical skill -Good understanding of the behavior of local customers and their banking needs -Aggressive, ambitious and keen to create and follow up on business opportunities -Good command of Chinese and English in both oral and written communications
