Customer Support Engineer

Introduction
This job is a full-time position.

The Customer Support Engineer is responsible for providing whatever support is necessary to help on a smooth performance of Camtek equipment on customer's site, and follow intensely to ensure customer requirements are met.
Must have good electronics knowledge and technical skills, good customer handling skills;be meticulous and a good team player; act correctly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Essure Camtek equipment is functioning properly
Keep good relationship with customers
Perform other duties per company need

Qualifications

Bachelor in Electronics, Electronic Engineering, Antomation, Mechanics or equivalent majors.
At least two years work experience of technical support, field technical assistant or the equivalent work experience in PCB industy or releated field is preferential.
Good knowledge of computer hardware and software.
Good written and verval communication skills in Chinese and English.
Quick learning, troubleshooting and debugging skills.
