Responsibilities: • Establish and recommend strategies to attain sales goals for the company • Formulate and control budgets for sales promotion expenses • Ensure successful implementation and effective use of sales policies • Establish and maintain close personal contact with customers • Interpret long and short-term effect on sales strategies in operating profit • Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets
Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in sales/marketing or related field Sales and marketing background • Minimum 4 years of direct management experience • Customer service oriented • Thorough knowledge of company’s products • Ability to analyze situations and provide recommendations • Excellent communication skills
