The position is the company’s direct link to our targeted market. The candidate will act on behalf of the company to secure product demonstration, product trials, products & safety presentations and ensure effective sell-thru through the company’s provincial distribution network.
Job Descriptions:
• Prepare the action plans and strategies for the clients • Schedule daily / weekly activity for clients • Develop and maintain a clients’ database on competitive inventory • Develop and maintain company’s sales and promotional materials • Plan and conduct clients and marketing activities such as trade events • Make regular planned phone calls to new and existing clients • Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients • Negotiate with clients within approved margins • Develop conversion proposals and conduct product training to clients • Maintain activity records, prepare reports, follow up sales activity of clients • Respond to the inquiries by phone, electronically or in person • Ensure customer service satisfaction and good relationships with them • Perform quality checks on products and service delivery • Assist in conducting market research and surveys • Participate in assigned company sales events • Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development
Job Requirements:
• Macau ID card holder • High School Diploma or a Trade Certificate • 1-3 years relevant experience with good knowledge of hardware market • Good level written and spoken English and Mandarin, especially the provincial dialect • Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills • Able to work effectively & independently • Need to travel business trip in China • Eager to drive key initiatives and see them through to successful implementation. • Work in power tools industry is an advantage • Preference for person who works for high end brand or selling high price products
