• Optimise hotel revenue and assist to oversee the operation of the Room Reservations Department • Analyse future and past revenue streams and identify trends in support of marketing strategies • Monitor forecasts of all market segments • Produce and analyse month-end reports on costs, incoming guests, average guest spend, and revenue comparison • Provide feedback and recommendations on trends to forecast committee • Forecast and analyse trends to plan the future amount and sources of revenue for the hotel • Prepare revenue forecasts by market segment and source of revenue • Liaise with the Finance Department to prepare Rooms budget and forecast • Assist in the creation of the annual budget
Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ hotel operations finance management experience in a five-star hotel preferred Education: Bachelor degree or above in Finance, Business or Hospitality Management, or a related field Language Ability: Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin an advantage Computer Skills: Expert in MS Office, especially MS Excel, and Opera
