1. To lead a team to drive order management and customer service, including order review, order entry, order committee and customer service (order fulfillment status, shipping information, etc).
2. Process compliance to Corp. system requirement.
3. System support. Oracle order management, Forecast functions. Contract Manufacture functions in Customer’s system.
4. Oracle, STAR Reports to Cop. and management requirements.
5. AR reconciliation and solve issues.
1. Very familiar in Oracle, Order Management and Demand function.
2. At least 5 years of Order Management / Customer Service / Project Management experience in EMS industry.
3. Good track record in customer service/ program management/ account management/ project management in EMS field.
4. Good in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
