Inventory control

o Ensure projection and purchase orders are processed in an accurate
And effective manner
o Ensure supply chain performance standards

Key Responsibilities:
o Align with customers and vendors for a good and efficient supply
Pattern, both within cost restraints and consistent with vendors’ lead times
o Ensure a good material planning cycle from sending orders to the
Suppliers to materials being received by stores for promotion products
o Liaise with vendors and shipping lines and ensure the import and
Export documents and requirements are processed and met in compliance with government rules and regulations
o Respond to special request from customers, changes or unexpected
Disturbance in product supply or contingent situations such as delay of vessels, unexpected fluctuation in sales, strikes or
Stock recovery
o Monitor inventory level to meet customer’s sales and achieve
Distribution efficiency measurements (KPI) such as inventory days
o Administer the purchasing and inventory control modules of the SOA
System
o Arrange regular physical inventory count to ensure stock accuracy
o Build up the inventory control team and enhance service level through
Leading, motivating, coaching, training and job enrichment
o Develop and execute succession plans and personal development plans
