Responsibilities

-Facilitating Business Strategy Development, Identify market insights, lead market research efforts
-Critically assess company's capabilities, strengths and weaknesses, perform competitor assessments
-Work closely with Regional Business and Geographic Leaders to facilitate annual strategy presentations
-Leading the Marketing strategy, determine Target customer, develop a compelling and own able position for brand, create annual marketing plan, including pricing strategy
-Creating revenue- and profit-driving marketing materials, conduct regionally-based sales training, supervise promotions/creative development, coordinate marketing mix so that business speaks with "one voice" to the customer

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or above
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- 5-10 years experience in Industrial Marketing & Sales
- Business Development Experience, including exposure to Lead Generation and Customer Relationship Management
- Transportation/Logistics background preferred
