Perform as internal trainer to train Campus and segment engineering technicians Responsible to develop and upgrade engineering training courses Collect training demand from Campus and segment, make annual training schedule Implement training schedule accordingly and upload date into E-learning system Job division matrix, trainer and training material management Manage and coordinate internal and external resource to fulfill Campus or segment special training project
Above 2 years trainer or training administrative experience. Knowledgeable in electro-mechanics & staff learning and development; basic knowledge in HR such as title system , competency model , performance management Knowledgeable in mechanical Computer literate. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Good command of English.
