Reportedly, for the purpose of tackling the problem that there are in excess of 3,000 vacancies for the enterprises in Jun'an after the Lunar New Year holidays, Jun'an Labor Management Station planed to hold a job fair on March 6. After the Spring Festival, a number of enterprises from different trades have been posting want ads and showcasing their strengths to attract more job seekers.
We need to recruit over 100 workers only in one of our subsidiaries, and there is a shortfall of more than 300 in the group, said a personnel manager of a company.
After the upcoming large-scale job fair, more such recruitment fairs will be held periodically to meet the employment needs of enterprises.
